• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• Dive deep into complex technical problems and drive incremental system optimizations.
• Enhance the skills and expertise of team members.
• Partner with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q teams, and peer organizations to ensure the WorkSpaces architecture leverages shared AWS infrastructure.
• Take operational ownership of low-latency, high-availability services used by over one million WorkSpaces users globally.
• Ensure services meet stringent SLAs across multiple production regions and OS variants.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues before customers are impacted.
