• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 3+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 3+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Build a unified intelligent workbench that consolidates fragmented systems into an AI-powered platform
• Invent AI-native solutions that address complex problems unique to international customers
• Design and implement AI-native backend services integrating enterprise CRM systems with operational platforms using AWS cloud platform
• Build intelligent automation capabilities across core business modules including AI assistants and workflow orchestration

• Architect highly scalable solutions serving thousands of users across multiple regions
