- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and own highly complex program charters across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Design optimized program communication plans and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Establish scalable organizational processes and implement specialized tooling for user advocacy.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration among User Experience Research, Program Managers, and engineering partners.
- Anticipate change management requirements and develop rollout plans for program escalations.
