The role involves supporting the execution and testing of all marketing, servicing, and regulatory communications for the Marcus Savings business at Goldman Sachs. The candidate will be responsible for the operations and deployment of new customer communications across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This position requires collaboration with multiple teams and external vendors to enhance communication processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must have strong SQL skills, with certification being a plus.
- 1+ years of work experience in Financial Services or Consumer/Retail Banking.
- 1+ years of experience with communication automation tools and/or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Excel, HTML, Jira, and Gitlab.
- Strong quantitative and data analytical skills to monitor trends or risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a communications execution calendar in collaboration with the Head of Comms Execution.
- Partner with customer retention counterparts to define campaign requirements for new communications.
- Work closely with technology and product partners to troubleshoot and enhance communications.
- Build, test, and launch customer communications for direct mail and email programs.
- Conduct regular manual auditing and validation of communications for accuracy.
- Build and maintain relationships across various functional teams for ongoing collaboration.
- Develop clear KPI reporting to ensure growth and operational targets are met.
- Manage third-party vendors for deployment of communication and account fulfillment activities.
