The Associate in Foundation Engineering Product Management - Operations will serve as the operational backbone of the product team, focusing on streamlining product development processes and improving cross-functional communication. This role is part of the Foundation Engineering team, which is dedicated to delivering engineering excellence and supporting the firm's technology products. The Associate will manage product analytics and ensure that Product teams have the necessary tools and data to build high-quality foundational products efficiently. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to influence stakeholders and shape product execution.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Operations, Change Management, or Project/Program Management roles in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools to automate everyday tasks.
