The Legal Division at Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support strategic operations and key business initiatives. This role will involve managing budgets, reporting, and operational processes while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have significant exposure to Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across the firm. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in business management, operations, legal administration, finance, project management, or a related field is necessary.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is required.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational initiatives across the Legal Division.
- Manage budgets, reporting, expense tracking, and related operational processes.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for senior leadership.
- Attend meetings on behalf of leadership, coordinate follow-up actions, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of priorities.
- Lead and support special projects, research, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve controls.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
