The Legal Division at Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support strategic operations and key business initiatives. This role will involve managing budgets, reporting, and operational processes while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have significant exposure to Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across the firm. • Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in business management, operations, legal administration, finance, project management, or a related field is necessary.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities is required.

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across the Legal Division.
• Manage budgets, reporting, expense tracking, and related operational processes.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications for senior leadership.
• Attend meetings on behalf of leadership, coordinate follow-up actions, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Lead and support special projects, research, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve controls.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
