• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of intensive design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
• Expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing techniques.
• Strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic studies, including data analysis and report preparation.
• Develop and implement water resource management plans, floodplain management plans, and stormwater management plans.
• Design and oversee the construction of water management infrastructure projects.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance checks on project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and regulations related to water management.
• Prepare project cost estimates, schedules, and proposals.
