Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or large trade contractor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of financial management principles

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in executing and managing the change management process
  • Act as a key contributor in monthly cost reporting meetings
  • Adhere to and support project controls procedures, including cost tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate and expedite material procurement and delivery to maintain project schedules
  • Review and evaluate shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with contract documents
  • Ensure all project documentation is collected and organized effectively
  • Promote innovation by encouraging teams to explore creative solutions
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth
