• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the administration of construction contracts and inspection of construction work in the field.

• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build.
• Experience in reviewing and overseeing a Document Control Plan and development of a Project Procedures Manual.

• Coordinate efforts of contractors during construction, closeout, and occupancy.
• Evaluate the progress and quality of construction activities in conformance with approved schedules and budgets.
• Review and approve progress payments and monitor field coordination and inspection.
• Prepare Resident Engineer’s Weekly Report and oversee the Quality Assurance Program for each assigned contract.
