Job description

The Portfolio Credit Risk Management 2nd LOD Senior Lead Analyst at Citibank will provide guidance and coordinate cost of credit activities for Consumer Credit businesses. This role involves establishing cross-functional partnerships and overseeing the application of standards for various risk processes. The analyst will also manage the quarterly forecast process and improve forecasting techniques. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with internal functions to ensure effective risk oversight and reporting.

Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Actuarial Science or related field and 8 years of experience in relevant positions.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the listed fields and 10 years of progressively responsible experience is acceptable.
  • Full span of experience must include developing Credit Risk Strategy and executing Credit Risk Programs.
  • Experience in preparing and communicating Senior Management materials is required.
  • Must have 2 years of experience working with institutional clients based in Mexico and the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coordinate cost of credit activities for Consumer Credit businesses.
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships and networks.
  • Manage the quarterly forecast process for Consumer Credit businesses.
  • Track differences between actuals and forecast to improve forecast techniques.
  • Execute Loss Forecasting analyses and reporting initiatives to support various business units.
