Job description

In this role at Apple, you will lead a team within the Worldwide Product Marketing group to generate data-driven and AI-powered customer insights that inform product management decisions. Your focus will be on defining analytical frameworks, identifying product opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable visualizations and recommendations. You will work closely with product managers, marketing leads, and engineering teams to shape product strategy and customer engagement. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence and negotiate with various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a quantitative field or 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Experience with data pipeline tools like PySpark and Spark.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing AI-assisted analysis workflows.
  • 2+ years of prior people management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical initiatives from scoping and data preparation to modeling and delivery.
  • Translate complex data into clear visualizations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentor and support other analysts on the team in analytical approaches and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous learning.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
