Qualcomm is seeking Hardware Design engineers with solid ASIC design experience to join the Hardware Security team in San Diego, CA. This high-level position involves working on cutting-edge security solutions for premium Snapdragon chipsets. Candidates will engage with cross-functional teams and be involved in all aspects of hardware security product creation, including architecture, design, validation, and silicon testing. The role offers exposure to state-of-the-art security techniques and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related sciences.
• 6+ years of experience in ASIC design.
• Experience and understanding of ASIC design flow including architecture, microarchitecture, and RTL design.
• Knowledge of bus protocols, clocks/resets, and debug concepts.
• Experience with microcontroller CPUs and system-level architecture.

• Engage in the hardware security product creation flow from architecture to silicon testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop security solutions.
• Implement ASIC design processes including synthesis and timing closure.
• Contribute to the development of state-of-the-art security countermeasures and techniques.
• Participate in validation and testing of hardware security products.
