• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytics, finance, operations, or data-centric role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence or planning platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the department’s legal eBilling system TyMetrix360.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to support operational initiatives and financial modeling.
• Develop and maintain operating dashboards, reports, and analytic tools for IP leadership.
• Support corporate finance and accounting activities related to fiscal period close and budget tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
