• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and seven years of experience in a related occupation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and nine years of progressive experience in a related occupation.
