Requirements
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or agency.
- An AI-forward mindset with hands-on proficiency using AI tools.
- Super-user fluency with agentic tools across media, measurement, and content.
- A working understanding of core marketing processes end-to-end.
- Experience configuring advanced automation and agentic marketing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with modern agentic analytics and semantic-layer grounded tools.
- Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API exposure to LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with paid media tools.
- A proven track record of personal success and ambitious undertakings.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Incubate growth thinking into ventures at every stage.
- Evolve industry standards for growth marketing best practices.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows across the growth function.
- Strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities.
- Build lightweight agentic proof-of-concepts for media and content use cases.
- Orchestrate agent-to-agent marketing campaigns to optimize media spend.
- Deploy the Model Context Protocol to connect marketing agents with data sources.
- Provide input on growth strategy and optimization for digital businesses.
- Define, execute, analyze, and optimize A/B and multi-variant tests.
- Convert insights into action throughout the customer acquisition process.
