• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree field
• Three years of experience in a related occupation
• Advanced knowledge of video codec, computer vision, and video standards

• Design, develop, implement, and verify complex video systems and hardware tasks
• Perform architecture and standard studies to drive requirements for hardware development
• Conduct analyses of video hardware/system design using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Develop and maintain random testbench environments and execute simulations to validate functionality
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to guide testing needs for video hardware
• Write detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions for users and customers
