The role focuses on New Product Introduction within Qualcomm's Hardware Engineering team. The candidate will act as the Quality Engineering representative, ensuring quality deliverables for semiconductor products in AI DataCenter environments. Responsibilities include managing supplier quality performance and leading risk mitigation efforts during development. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and product readiness.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Hands-on knowledge of quality tools, statistics, and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Represent Quality Engineering within core development teams and cross-functional partners.
• Develop and execute AQL sampling plans and manage supplier quality performance.
• Lead excursion escalation management and decision-making for non-conforming materials.
• Drive PRB/CCB reviews, gate readiness, and risk assessments.
• Interface with customers and suppliers as needed.
