As a Qualcomm Systems Engineer, you will be at the forefront of researching, designing, developing, and validating systems-level software and hardware. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 10+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience, or a Master's degree with 9+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
• 15+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
• 15+ years of experience with 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards.
• 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership.
• 2+ years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.

• Implement and oversee the research, design, development, simulation, and validation of systems-level software and hardware.
• Oversee the functional analysis that drives requirements and specifications.
• Lead multiple teams in the analysis and development of system-level design.
• Collaborate with high-level representatives from other functions to develop and execute system design.
• Create overarching system strategy to direct work for multiple project teams.
• Develop and implement standards for the triage of problems at the system level.
