• 5+ years of relevant experience in lab, facilities, critical environments, manufacturing, or infrastructure planning.
• Working knowledge of building electrical distribution and/or cooling concepts.
• Experience performing site assessments and translating findings into feasibility recommendations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Maintain an audit-ready inventory of lab infrastructure attributes.
• Perform site walks and technical due diligence to validate capacity and identify constraints.
• Develop and maintain repeatable infrastructure profiles and load templates by lab type.
• Evaluate candidate spaces and develop option trade studies with cost/schedule/risk inputs.
• Model demand vs. capacity and identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Translate equipment needs into space requirements and define utilization standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure safety considerations.
• Design and optimize engineering lab layouts and workflows to improve productivity.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to lab operations data for forecasting and decision support.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and define standard methodologies for lab performance.
