Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
  • Associate's degree and 5+ years of Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge of compensation principles to support and drive compensation programs.
  • Develop compensation proposals for title and salary adjustments.
  • Support reviews of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Compensation team members and external consultants.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation packages.
  • Provide support during the company's annual review process.
  • Gather and interpret data to recommend solutions for compensation-related issues.
  • Write and organize technical documentation for compensation-related decisions.
