Job description

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior or Staff Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team within the Datacenter Business Unit. This role focuses on supporting pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and deal execution across the Datacenter product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization. This position requires onsite work in San Diego five days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
  • Experience in pricing, incentives/rebates, commercial finance, or product-level financial support.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with pricing tools and ASC 606 implications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of pricing frameworks and approval matrices.
  • Provide financial modeling and business analysis for pricing sensitivity and margin impact.
  • Prepare executive-ready insights balancing growth, share, and profitability objectives.
  • Contribute to business unit forecasting of revenue, ASP, and gross margin.
  • Utilize TM1, Salesforce, Tableau, Oracle, and Excel to build and maintain dashboards.
