Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a DSP applications software engineer to join a team focused on developing Qualcomm's AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with the architecture team to define the next generation NSP and enabling advanced network models and AI software features. Candidates will evaluate and optimize neural networks for performance and accuracy while developing the AI software stack on Qualcomm NSP. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills who can adapt in a fast-changing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a PhD in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with high-performance microprocessor design.
• Experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX is a plus.
• Background in mathematical algorithms using fast math libraries and vector instruction sets is a plus.
