This position requires collaboration with Systems Engineers to create software requirements and design system architecture. The candidate will also mentor junior engineers and improve development processes for better efficiency.

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related degree field.
• One year of experience in a related occupation.

• Design and implement automotive prediction and planning algorithms using C++ and model-based development.
• Use machine learning techniques to improve system performance.
• Modify existing algorithm software to resolve time-critical defects.
• Perform tests in real-time systems to verify system performance and robustness.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions geared towards those needs.
• Mentor junior engineers on the team.
• Act as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.
