The Amazon Brand Stores team is seeking a full-stack software engineer to develop innovative brand-building experiences at scale. This role involves creating customer-facing applications that enhance the shopping experience and collaborating with various teams to optimize brand storefronts. The engineer will leverage generative AI technologies to improve store creation and performance analysis. This position requires a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality applications for advertisers and shoppers.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, build, and own new brand-building experiences across customer-facing and advertiser-facing applications
• Develop and extend full-stack applications and APIs that power Brand Stores for advertisers
• Explore and implement generative AI technologies to enhance store creation and shopping experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, TPMs, SDEs, and org leaders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Build and deliver new services while reducing operational burden for the team
• Apply strong data analytical skills to drive customer insights and performance improvements
• Operate with engineering excellence by owning quality, scalability, and reliability of systems
