• 4+ years of experience as an engineer shipping production systems
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with the ability to debug failing systems
• Experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including deployment and monitoring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and leadership to scope technical work
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities for measurable productivity improvement
• Architect and build internal tools and automated workflows to accelerate productivity
• Identify patterns across workflows and proactively build solutions to address friction
• Build custom demo environments and technical assets for strategic customer engagements
• Document tools and architectures for adoption and extension by others
