Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an ABET accredited engineering school
  • At least 8+ years of applicable professional experience
  • Professional Engineering license in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in the design process, construction documentation, and land development
  • Experience in organizing and leading a civil engineering team through project execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead civil engineering teams from Concept Design through Construction
  • Provide civil engineering input to architecture subject matter experts
  • Assist with permitting efforts and construction activities
  • Coordinate with architecture and other in-house engineering disciplines
  • Perform construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals
