Job description

The role involves building large-scale distributed services that deliver personalized ad impressions at Amazon. The Conversational Ad Experiences team focuses on enhancing shopper engagement through innovative advertising solutions. This position requires collaboration with engineering and business teams to create impactful ad experiences. The team is dedicated to leveraging generative AI technologies to transform advertising and improve customer interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
  • 1+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed software applications
  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 4+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and operate large-scale distributed services with low latency and high availability
  • Leverage LLMs and Generative AI to deliver personalized ad experiences
  • Partner with engineering, science, and business teams to launch new ad experiences
  • Collaborate on architecture and system design for strategic projects
  • Build and optimize ad serving infrastructure for billions of impressions
