Job description
As a senior software developer at NVIDIA, you will play a pivotal role in testing and automating the DriveOS automotive operating system. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python or C++ for developing large-scale code.
- Experience with AI coding assistants to improve coding efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience working with embedded systems and automotive sensors.
- Proficiency in Linux and Unix-like systems.
- Experience using source control systems such as Git and Perforce.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and extend test strategies to ensure high quality from functional and performance perspectives.
- Design and develop software to automate the verification of DriveOS components.
- Collaborate with development, verification, and customer-facing teams to understand DriveOS applications.
- Analyze and root-cause issues at the code level and lead the defect fixing process.
