Job description
The role of Windchill PLM Business/Systems Analyst at Intel involves contributing to the Equipment Configuration Management Program team within the Supply Chain IT department. This position focuses on gathering requirements, understanding complex data structures, and enabling workflow capabilities for both internal and external users. The analyst will play a key role in transforming Intel's supply chain through the implementation of an internal foundry model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windchill PLM and experience in data management and user training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, and PTC's product suite.
- Experience with data and system management including data imports/exports and problem analysis.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills to coordinate requirements and status updates.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies, and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing and delivering end user training.
- SIT and UAT Testing experience, deployment, and go-live support.
- Experience working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
- Document business processes and gain alignment across business groups.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to develop and deliver training and maintain application documentation.
- Develop use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos while planning and coordinating testing.
- Provide end user support and create and maintain dashboards and reports.
