Job description

The role focuses on managing corporate relationships within Goldman Sachs Ayco's Corporate Relationship Management team, which is dedicated to enhancing financial wellness through tailored financial planning programs. The team partners with Fortune 1000 companies to provide strategic guidance and improve the financial health of employees. The individual will support a VP Relationship Manager in maximizing revenue opportunities and driving awareness of Ayco services among corporate partners. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-4 years of experience with employee benefits, marketing, relationship management, or the financial industry preferred
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic growth of the current client base by managing a limited number of corporate relationships.
  • Support the Relationship Manager in creating and maximizing revenue opportunities within current corporate relationships.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Ayco services among employees and executives within corporate partners.
  • Lead and conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with the corporate accounts managed.
  • Work with corporate client stakeholders to define success metrics and determine engagement strategies.
  • Serve as the escalation point for corporate contacts on servicing issues and internal concerns regarding the relationship.
  • Develop financial education content as applicable.
