This role is to support the expanding SoC Architecture team at Qualcomm, focusing on modeling various physical and performance aspects of SoC operation. The successful candidate will work on tasks involving electrical and thermal system modeling, power delivery circuits, and digital design. Candidates should be proficient in tools like MatLab and SPICE simulations. This position requires both independent work and collaboration under supervision.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with MatLab, SimuLink, or similar tools.
• Experience with SPICE simulations at component and device level.

• Model electrical systems and circuits at component and transistor level.
• Model thermal systems and power delivery circuits.
• Conduct digital design at RTL, gate-level, and transistor level.
• Model SoC traffic patterns and automate simulations.
• Demonstrate excellent comprehension, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
