The role is focused on developing high-performance computational models and implementing reusable modules using Shell and Python. The team is part of KLA's Global Products Group, which specializes in metrology and inspection products for the semiconductor industry. The position requires a strong understanding of Linux systems and server hardware, as well as experience with network configuration and management tools. Candidates will work collaboratively to tackle complex challenges in semiconductor manufacturing.
Requirements
- Skilled in Shell and Python with experience designing and implementing reusable modules.
- Data science background with the ability to develop high-performance computational models.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more flavors of Linux such as SUSE, Red Hat, Rocky, Alma, or Ubuntu.
- Experience with customizing BIOS, disk partitioning, RAID utilities, and Linux HA.
- Experience with configuration management utilities like Ansible, Salt, Chef, or Puppet.
- Interconnected network configuration experience including setup and monitoring of InfiniBand and Ethernet.
- Experience with server hardware and familiarity with CUDA and storage technologies.
