The Legal Documentation Support Senior Analyst will be part of the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team within Citi's Equities business. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams to review and prepare legal documentation related to structured products issuance. The successful candidate will manage time-sensitive materials, handle confidential data, and support regulatory filings. Reporting to the Head of the Legal Documentation Unit, the analyst must effectively manage multiple complex projects while applying industry knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least one year of law firm or bank experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effective written, listening, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work both individually and within a team environment

• Draft deal documentation such as Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Notes for structured products
• Liaise with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams on transactions
• Develop, test, and maintain templates for automating deal documentation for listed structured products issuances
• Report and escalate any legal-related issues to line managers and coordinate with the documentation team
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while applying industry and process knowledge
