• 5+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering.
• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate clearly and consistently.
• Experience partnering with off-shore manufacturers and high-volume production.

• Lead the Operations technical team during product development and high-volume production.
• Partner closely with Engineering and other functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as a technical advisor for the product line to enable operational success.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to solve complex manufacturing assembly quality issues.
• Travel to manufacturing sites as needed to ensure product success.
