Job description

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead complex, multi-functional programs within the DGX Cloud TPM Team at NVIDIA, focusing on next-generation AI infrastructure. This role involves managing high-impact engineering programs that integrate software, hardware, and cloud platforms. The TPM will support AI researchers and engineers in scaling new workloads while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Strong technical competence and proactive communication are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience, including managing global projects across multiple time zones.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, full-stack architecture, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platforms.
  • Experience with Jira and/or AHA, with the ability to guide an engineering team in Agile/scrum processes.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • MS EE or CS degree, or equivalent experience; experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of DGX Cloud product initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and operationalization.
  • Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Report on overall program status and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multi-functional leads.
  • Manage and improve existing product development and collaborate with engineering management.
  • Identify and address risks that impact scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and across teams.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
