Job description
NVIDIA is seeking experienced Senior Production Engineers to enhance its AI Infrastructure. The role involves working within the DGX Cloud team to manage production systems that support scalable GPU clusters for various AI workloads. Candidates will focus on implementing monitoring and health management capabilities to ensure reliability and performance. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and collaboration across teams to optimize production AI clusters.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Production Engineering, DevOps, or SRE role within a highly technical organization.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience with Production Engineering, DevOps, or SRE principles, tools, and techniques.
- Technical knowledge of a systems programming language such as Go or Python and a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the DGX Cloud team responsible for production systems that enable large scalable GPU clusters for AI workloads.
- Implement monitoring and health management capabilities for GPU assets to ensure industry-leading reliability and availability.
- Evaluate system failures and improve services based on a well-defined incident management process.
- Work with teams across NVIDIA to ensure production AI clusters operate reliably and consistently with maximum performance.
- Develop custom software related to GPU asset provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across cloud providers.
