Fidelity’s Workplace Investing group is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to design and develop critical web applications and financial tools. This role involves collaborating with business, operations, and engineering teams to implement advanced technology solutions. The position requires expertise in a broad stack of technologies and a strong focus on both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to transforming operational landscapes.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
• 9 to 12 years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years in complex IT projects
• Experience building applications using technologies such as Angular, SQL, Java, J2EE stack, Spring/Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, Maven or Ant, Jenkins, and Test-Driven Development
• Strong proficiency in both Angular and Java
• Ability to work with Architects and influence technical decisions
• Experience in agile teams and knowledge of agile scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skills
