Job description

The Senior Manager in EY's Studio+ Marketing Transformation team will lead strategic engagements with Financial Services clients, focusing on marketing transformation across Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance. This role involves advising CMOs and their leadership teams on reinventing marketing functions and driving business development. The position emphasizes the integration of AI tools and innovative marketing strategies to enhance client outcomes. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for building and nurturing senior client relationships to foster long-term engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or Master's strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing consulting, marketing leadership, or marketing transformation in Financial Services.
  • Deep expertise in at least one Financial Services sub-sector and working knowledge of others.
  • Proven leadership across the marketing value chain including strategy, operating model, operations, performance, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated track record in business development, including originating and closing multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Strong fluency with AI tools and experience embedding AI into client work.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning marketing strategy, operating model, operations, performance measurement, and forecasting.
  • Advise Financial Services CMOs and C-suite on various marketing strategies and models.
  • Champion new approaches such as AI-driven personalization and modern attribution.
  • Lead the AI agenda for Marketing Transformation and define how AI-enabled tools reshape marketing operating models.
  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities across Financial Services sectors.
  • Develop and nurture senior client relationships and turn them into long-term engagements.
  • Build and scale Studio+ offerings and the go-to-market plan behind them.
  • Represent EY externally at industry events and grow the Studio+ brand in the Financial Services marketing community.
