As a Manager in EY’s Studio+ Marketing Transformation practice, you will lead initiatives that help Financial Services organizations enhance their customer engagement strategies. This role focuses on integrating marketing transformation expertise with emerging AI capabilities to deliver innovative solutions. You will work with clients across various sectors, including Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance. Your leadership will drive marketing transformation engagements and foster trusted client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing consulting, marketing transformation, or Financial Services marketing.
- Experience within Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and/or Insurance sectors.
- Expertise in at least three of the following areas: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Operating Model, Marketing Operations, Performance Measurement, or Marketing Forecasting.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance client outcomes and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing transformation engagements across strategy, operating model design, marketing operations, performance measurement, and marketing forecasting.
- Advise Financial Services clients on various marketing models, including B2B, B2C, and B2B2C.
- Integrate AI-enabled marketing technologies into client solutions and internal delivery methodologies.
- Manage engagement delivery, including quality, financial performance, and risk management.
- Coach and develop junior team members while contributing to thought leadership and proposal efforts.
