• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field AND 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, engineering, operations, or relevant sales-related roles OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience in similar roles OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
• 4+ years of experience in Cloud or High-tech supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with thoughtful analysis and sound judgment.
• Excellent influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple layers in the organization.
• Deep analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize data to influence leadership decision making.

• Lead contract and terms negotiations with suppliers, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s cross-functional requirements and business objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with Storage suppliers and serve as the senior escalation point for supplier leadership.
• Manage component pricing, lead time, and multi-source allocation across suppliers to drive spares supply chain optimization.
• Align suppliers on SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs, and conduct regular MBR/QBR sessions to drive performance improvement.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for NPI, EOL, and multi-source initiatives to ensure cost advantage.
• Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities with sourcing tools.
• Define strategy and sourcing approach to support spare parts and RMA needs for racks at data centers.
• Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance sourcing workflows.
