Job description

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Traffic Project Manager to join their transportation team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves managing traffic engineering projects with a focus on improving safety and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated transportation solutions. Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Ability to obtain Georgia PE within one year of hire
  • Understanding of traffic analysis tools including VISSIM, Sidra, Synchro/SimTraffic, and HCS
  • Experience in operational and/or safety analysis

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client relationship manager for Georgia DOT and other transportation stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and quality review of traffic studies and transportation impact analyses.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, risk management, and quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide executive-level project updates to clients and Arcadis leadership.
  • Coordinate closely with roadway, ITS, planning, environmental, and public involvement teams.
