The Supply Chain Program Management role at Microsoft focuses on leading the exploration of emerging AI solutions to enhance supply chain processes. The position is part of the Cloud Supply Chain organization, which aims to deliver scalable cloud and AI capabilities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective program execution. The ideal candidate will drive adoption of new tools and capabilities while managing the program lifecycle.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes or Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead exploration of emerging AI solutions to identify business pain points and drive adoption.
- Define and drive capability roadmap aligned to supply chain priorities.
- Lead end-to-end program execution, including scope definition and risk mitigation.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Manage program lifecycle including requirements definition and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Track key results and operational metrics; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Drive adoption and change management for new tools and processes.
