The Supply Chain Program Management role at Microsoft focuses on leading the exploration of emerging AI solutions to enhance supply chain processes. • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes or Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Lead exploration of emerging AI solutions to identify business pain points and drive adoption.
• Define and drive capability roadmap aligned to supply chain priorities.
• Lead end-to-end program execution, including scope definition and risk mitigation.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Manage program lifecycle including requirements definition and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Track key results and operational metrics; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and change management for new tools and processes.
