The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager will lead a high-performing SRE team within IBM's CISO Platform. This role focuses on ensuring the performance, resilience, and compliance of IBM's internal security platforms. The ideal candidate will drive team execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on continuous improvement in a dynamic security environment.

• Proven experience managing or leading engineering, SRE, DevOps, or operations teams.
• Strong background in delivering reliable, highly available services.
• Deep understanding of security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.

• Design, code, and test innovative component-level software solutions.
• Contribute to the automated CI/CD pipeline ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Design, develop, and unit test code fixes for customer-reported problems.
• Deliver high-quality offerings using leading-edge and/or proven technologies.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to understand stakeholder requirements.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
