The Digital PM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for leading digital initiatives within Citi's U.S. Consumer Cards business. This role focuses on delivering innovative financial platform products and enhancing customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The Digital & Client Experience (DCX) team is integral to Citi's consumer strategy, managing digital channels that drive significant customer engagement. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and shape business requirements.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in digital product management or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience leading digital initiatives
- Extensive experience working with engineers and developers
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious business objectives
- Provide platform, product, and customer experience leadership
- Engage with cross-disciplinary staff to develop innovative financial platform products
- Own the overall vision, technical capabilities, and roadmap of the digital product platform
- Engage with businesses to shape product requirements into platform requirements
- Drive product development for new initiatives
- Maintain the product roadmap and communicate goals and responsibilities throughout the company
- Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
