Job description

The Digital PM Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for leading digital initiatives within Citi's U.S. Consumer Cards business. This role focuses on delivering innovative financial platform products and enhancing customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. The Digital & Client Experience (DCX) team is central to Citi's consumer strategy, managing digital channels that drive significant customer engagement. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-disciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience leading digital initiatives
  • Extensive experience working with engineers and developers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
