The Strategic Markets Analyst is a key professional within the Strategic Markets Group for US Consumer Sales, focusing on shaping directional strategy and providing expert analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to influence decisions across various teams. The analyst will manage complex reporting and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential for guiding colleagues and external customers.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience with reporting and analysis
• Experience with CRA and Fair Lending Reporting is highly recommended
• Experience leading strategic projects, reporting, analysis, and executive level presentations is required
• Experience with Tableau, MS Office Excel/PowerPoint, iEmergent, and SQL Server is recommended
• Bachelor’s/University degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred

• Design and analyze complex reports to satisfy management requirements.
• Deal with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
• Use broad discretion in developing solutions for broad-based business reporting issues.
• Lead reengineering efforts in the business's methodology, strategy, and organizational goals.
• Manage resource allocation and lead the work within a team/project to develop solutions for business reporting issues.
• Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services that have a direct impact on the business.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws.
