Citi is seeking a Digital Product Manager within the Digital & Client Experience organization to lead digital wallet solutions and card tokenization platforms. This role focuses on driving wallet and merchant card-on-file provisioning to enhance digital card spending across credit and debit portfolios. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including engineering and compliance, to develop innovative financial platform products. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a passion for creating best-in-class digital experiences.

• 6-10 years of experience in product management or related fields
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering
• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience leading digital initiatives
• Extensive experience working with engineers and developers
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams

• Deliver against ambitious business objectives to drive wallet and token card provisioning and spend.
• Responsible for the overall vision, technical capabilities, and roadmap of the digital wallet platform.
• Provide platform, product, and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop innovative financial platform products.
• Engage with businesses to shape business and product requirements into platform requirements.
• Work with external strategic partners and internal engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Drive Agile product development for new initiatives.
• Maintain the product roadmap and communicate goals and responsibilities throughout the company.
• Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
