Job description
The Product Developer role at Citibank focuses on leading the planning, design, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions tailored for Risk business needs. The position involves monitoring application usage patterns to enhance user experience and analytical capabilities. The developer will also be responsible for creating high-impact Tableau dashboards and managing comprehensive risk reports. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to advancing project development and providing strategic risk analytics across Citibank products.
Requirements
- Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in a related position such as Manager – Projects, Consultant, or Technical Specialist.
- 5 years of experience utilizing Tableau Suite, Python (PySpark), Datameer, Hadoop, MicroStrategy Desktop Integrity Manager, Mobile Server, and Web Architect.
- Experience in developing dashboards for both Web and Mobile.
- Proficiency in data modeling and setting up data pipelines.
- Ability to tune report performance to ensure compliance with business standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Citi Management Dashboarding and Data Analytics projects.
- Monitor BI application usage patterns to provide actionable insights and recommend enhancements.
- Support BI reporting functions by designing, developing, and deploying high-impact Tableau dashboards.
- Architect robust system solutions for dashboard data sourcing and pipelines.
- Contribute to the analysis and preparation of comprehensive risk reports for internal management, regulators, and auditors.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support and advance project development.
- Lead the project management of various deliverables for the Portfolio Risk Review chapter.
