NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead the development of HW Root of Trust architecture for their innovative SoCs and GPUs. This role involves collaborating with various teams within NVIDIA and external partners to ensure security requirements are met across multiple platforms, including automotive and gaming. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on approach and a passion for advancing security features in silicon. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of platform security and contribute to cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 8+ years of meaningful relevant work or research experience.
  • Experience with the ASIC design process and architecture of large SoCs or GPUs.
  • Proficiency in programming and debugging across languages such as C/C++, Verilog, ARM assembly, and Python/Perl scripting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic customer-focused team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across the company to guide the direction of platform security and develop a long-term roadmap for HW Root of Trust solutions.
  • Research, design, and develop architecture solutions that meet internal and external security requirements and standards.
  • Review architectural, microarchitectural, and verification specifications to ensure alignment with platform security requirements.
  • Work with customers and partners to identify and address security issues and threats.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
