Amazon is seeking motivated students for the Jr. Developer Program (JDP) as Jr. Software Development Engineers. This year-round internship allows students to write real software while collaborating with experienced engineers. Participants will receive 1:1 mentorship and contribute to impactful projects, balancing work and academic commitments. The program is designed to foster professional growth and may lead to full-time employment upon completion.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Graduating June 2028 and beyond.
- Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Ability to work year-round until graduation, part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer.
- Ability to work in person year-round at the Atlanta corporate office.
- Must be living within commutable distance to Atlanta, GA.
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, Python, or C++ including object-oriented design.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Ability to solve complex problems and work through ambiguity.
